This bread is meant to be savoured one slice at a time. It's dense, rich and deeply satisfying — a single slice is enough. Please don't make sandwiches. The loaf is too precious for that, and honestly, it will fall apart. Instead, toast a slice, add a spread of your choice — a little Kerrygold butter is all it needs — and take a moment with it. That's the whole idea.

How It Works

Simple. Fresh. Yours.

Order before Friday 8pm for weekend delivery. Delivered fresh to your door in San Francisco — Saturday or Sunday, 12pm to 4pm.

Pick your seed topping — Sesame, Flax, or Poppy. Same great loaf, three finishing touches.

Text your name, SF delivery address, topping choice, and number of loaves. Order by Friday 8pm. Frank confirms within the hour.

Pay via Venmo
Send $29 per loaf to @bakerfread on Venmo. Include your name and topping in the note.

Weekend Delivery
Fresh bread arrives at your door Saturday or Sunday between 12pm and 4pm. Frank will confirm your exact day by text.

Delivery Policy

What You Need to Know

Delivery Attempt
We make one delivery attempt per order. Please ensure your delivery address and any instructions are included clearly in your text order to Frank.

Safe Drop Policy
By placing an order you authorize Frank's Protein Bread to leave your delivery at your door, building lobby, or the safe location specified in your delivery instructions.

Photo Confirmation
A photo of your delivery will be taken and sent to your phone as proof of drop-off. You will also receive a text when your order is on its way.

Perishable Product
Our bread is a fresh baked perishable product. Once delivered, Frank's Protein Bread is not responsible for the condition of the product if left unattended.

No Refund Policy
Once your order has been delivered and photo confirmation sent, Frank's Protein Bread is not responsible for the order. No refunds. No exceptions. This includes orders that have been stolen after delivery.

Delivery Area
San Francisco only. Personal delivery by Frank on Saturday and Sunday between 12pm and 4pm. Frank will always confirm your delivery day by text.

Daily Capacity
Frank can produce a maximum of 30 loaves per day. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Weekly capacity is capped at 150 loaves. Order early to avoid missing out.

Planned Closures
Advance notice will always be given for any planned vacation or time away. Frank is committed to keeping the community informed so you can plan your orders accordingly.

It's just Frank — one person, one kitchen, baking every loaf by hand for this community. That's what makes it real. Thank you for your patience and support.

Shelf Life.
The shelf life of your loaf is approximately 5 days — so don't wait too long. Keep it in a glass container on the countertop and enjoy it fresh. 😎
